“ I frequently order won ton soup from Blue Sky. The broth is flavorful and I love the won tons. I've tried the won ton soup at lots of other places in and around San Jose, and Blue Sky is the best. I also enjoy the potstickers and BBQ pork bun. The potstickers are thick and tasty. They are a nice compliment to the soup. I've tried other dishes at Blue Sky such as honey walnut chicken, broccoli beef, and BBQ pork egg fu young and didn't care for any of it. It was heavy with too much batter or sauce. ”

We recommend the salt and pepper fish fillet, any of the beef dishes (tangerine beef is the family favorite - a little fried but still very flavorful), and the West Lake beef soup. The soup is really well done and better than some other places. I find their prices are more reasonable too. ”
“ We've been coming here for a few years now. The food is always delicious, I like to try new things every couple of months and I haven't been disappointed yet. So far I've had the Mongolian beef, chili chicken, kung pao chicken, salt and pepper chicken, veggie chow mein, veggie fried rice, salt and pepper tofu and all of them have been amazing. Don't be scared to try anything on their menu. We usually take our food to go, but we have eaten here a few times. The experience is always nice when we dine in person. It's usually not too crowded unless you go on the weekend, so you get really good and quick service when you dine in. ”

They have a good amount of indoor seating with both tables and booths. Their indoor decor is plain and simple. PARKING: They have a shared parking lot. IMPRESSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: We came by on a weekday for a quick dinner and had their tangerine beef and salt and pepper pork chop along with white rice. Their tangerine beef was great. The salt and pepper pork chop was pretty ok, and could have had more flavor and lighter batter. Overall, we'll definitely be back as it's a great local Chinese restaurant! ”
